Kelly is grateful for the opportunities she’s had to work in a wide variety of areas related to nutrition throughout her career. She uses her enthusiasm and compassion to help people take realistic steps to continue making progress towards their wellness goals. She also values creativity and humor as essential to keeping people engaged in their health.
Kelly joined The McCahill Group in 2017 as a Registered Dietitian. She graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Dietetics, as well as Specializations in Health Promotion and Food Industry Management. She then moved to Southern California where she would spend the next 13 years gaining expertise in nutrition and well-being, including Certificates of Training in both Pediatric & Weight Management. In 2016 she moved back to West Michigan and began working as a Diabetes Educator, developing her knowledge and skills to help people manage the challenges of this disease.
Things that bring joy and happiness to Kelly include riding her beach cruiser bike, playing fetch and going on explorations with her little-in-size, big-in-personality dog Trooper, spending time with friends and family, and the gift of getting to be an aunt.
Growing up on a lake, in a country setting, Jessica has been active & athletic since she was a small child. Starting at age six, swimming was her first sport of interest, swimming on a club team for several years. Next came basketball, which was the sport that she grew most committed to and played for nearly eight years on different levels including Varsity and AAU. Not only did Jessica enjoy playing basketball, but she enjoyed coaching as well. In her high school and college years, she enjoyed spending time coaching youth through the Mt. Pleasant Optimist Club and summer basketball camps for the upcoming females of Mt. Pleasants’ basketball programs.
Jessica graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in 1993 and attended GVSU. She earned her BA in Criminal Justice in 1997 and was hired by the Grand Rapids Police Department in 1998. After 12 years working as a Police Officer and Supervisor for the GRPD, Jessica decided to leave the organization to spend more time with her family. January 2014 marked four years since she has left the police department. In that time, Jessica has earned her Masters Degree in Family Life Education from WMU and obtained her Personal Trainer Certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).
In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her children, Olivia and Zachary, and with her husband Eric. She also enjoys, cooking, camping, gardening, and of course, fitness.

Josh Concannon is a native of Leelanau County. Growing up in the country, being active was a part of his daily life. However when Josh was 18 he lost his father suddenly, due to that experience Josh made the choice to dedicate his life to fitness; personally and for others. Becoming a certified personal trainer was a top priority, and getting his ACSM certification was an accomplished goal.
Josh’s background encompasses strength training, power lifting, weight loss and toning.
Josh’s training philosophy is founded on the principal of taking many different exercise theories and incorporating them into a customized workout based on each client’s needs and goals.
James is certified by the National Academy of Sport’s Medicine, he is also FMS Certified and holds specialty certifications in Eastern & Western Trigger/Pressure Point Release, is an ISSA Fitness Therapist and holds a PTA Diploma.
James training specialties include corrective strength and flexibility, mixed martial arts, kickboxing, suspension training, trigger point release and youth self-defense awareness.
James is aware of how over time our bodies are pulled out of healthy alignment, causing premature aging along with aches and pains. He is passionate about helping his clients discover how to return the balance and optimal function back to their body and mind.

Group Fitness & Wellness Specialist
Jaime is recent graduate from Michigan State University with a bachelor of science specializing in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. She has passion of helping others with their journey to improve their health and fitness, as well as lowering the overall obesity rates in America. Going to work is not a job for here... it's a passion that she look's forward to every day.
Jaime has been an employee of The McCahill Group since August of 2012. She is also a nationally certified personal trainer through NASM and has been a Turbo Kick instructor for 3 years. Her hobbies are cooking, baking, running, strength training, group fitness, and basically anything else that involves sports or fitness.
Brent graduated from MSU with a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in coaching and health promotions. He also holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Functional Movement Specialist and is TRX certified.
Brent specializes in functional training, designed to improve clients overall movement and well-being. He has experience working with a multitude of clients ranging from elite collegiate, high school, and youth athletes to special populations including cardiac rehabilitation patients, expectant mothers, and those recovering from orthopedic injuries
Most recently Brent developed a strength and conditioning training program for Saviano’s High Performance Tennis Institute in Fort Lauderdale, FL working with world-class tennis athletes
Brent’s hobbies include weight training, hiking, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
A seasoned trainer herself, Chris understands the challenges of the aging body.
Chris focuses on functional training, increasing strength, balance, and stability while incorporating some cardio.
Chris believes in the importance of staying active. Remaining strong and independent is the key to optimal enjoyment of your golden years.
Personal Trainer & Wellness Specialist
Kristi has spent the majority of her life being physically active and pursuing a healthy lifestyle. As a child, Kristi participated in a variety of sports and was taught the importance of a healthy diet while tending to the family garden with her father. At the age of 17, she was given the opportunity to work in a hospital-owned fitness facility surrounded by health professionals interested in helping people with a range of backgrounds; some to rehab from injuries and others to pursue healthier lives. From that moment she was hooked and decided to continue her studies at WMU eventually completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Community Health.
Today, after nearly 30 years of working in the health and wellness field, Kristi has managed countless employees, trained hundreds of clients and continued her education in the areas of nutrition and lifestyle education. As a Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer, her certifications include: First Line Therapy® Lifestyle Educator, T. Colin Campbell Plant-Based Nutrition Specialist, ACSM Health Fitness Specialist, ACE Clinical Exercise Specialist, ACE Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant, as well as specialty certificates in Exercise for Pregnancy, Diabetes and Cancer recovery.
