Peaches McCahill is the Owner and President of The McCahill Group and is a pioneer in the health and wellness industry with three decades of experience. Her business partnership model is reflected by numerous long term relationships, some spanning over 25 years.
Peaches has a proven track record of designing, developing and operating profitable health and fitness programs and spas in a wide variety of both corporate and private environments. Her unique entrepreneurial, education and bottom line orientation has provided her clients with a full range of services from initial idea conception through full scale build out, implementation, and turn-key staffing. Her passion for excellence is instilled in every member of her growing organization.
Her hands-on approach keeps her involved, aware, and in touch with the latest trends in the Health and Beauty Industry. A born entrepreneur, Peaches started her first business at the age of 10. By 26, she designed, created and managed the first wellness center for Steelcase Corporation. Peaches’ has a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree from Michigan State University

Chief Operating Officer
Growing up in the McCahill family, health and wellness has always been a top priority. As the first born son of a father who coached high school basketball and a mother who was a fitness expert, Ryan learned early in life the importance of living healthy in relation to athletic success and overall happiness.
Ryan graduated from Villanova University in Philadelphia with a degree in Finance and Marketing, which included a six-month study abroad program in England at the University of Cambridge with a focus on global economics. After spending 5 years working for private commercial Real Estate acquisition investment funds in Chicago, Ryan moved home to join the family business with the goal of developing new service offerings, creating new client relationships, and spreading the lessons of a healthy culture to the corporate community.
His role now as the company's Vice President is promoting The McCahill Group’s services as a local leader in Corporate Wellness Consulting and Management and working directly with TMG clients to ensure their wellness programs produce successful results..
To have fun and stay fit, Ryan enjoys walking 18 holes, playing basketball and roaming around town with his best friend, a golden retriever named Hogan. He also takes time to volunteer his time in the community by being a coach in the First Tee of West Michigan youth golf program and as a coach & supporter of the GR Catholic Central basketball team.

Andy has been an employee with The McCahill Group since August of 1999 and currently serves as the Vice President of Health & Wellness initiatives for the company. Andy is a certified Fitness Specialist as well as the Fitness Facility Manager.
Andy has a Master of Science in Health Promotion Management from Nebraska Methodist College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wellness Program Management from Graceland University.
He is certified from the National Strength and Conditioning Assoc. as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and he has been recognized as an Elite Personal Trainer from the organization IDEA. Andy specializes in Functional Training. This type of training method is designed to enhance the quality of life by strengthen the body for everyday movements, whether it be lifting a child, unloading groceries or training for a sport.
Andy’s hometown is New Market, IA, and his hobbies are biking, landscaping, and a wide variety of recreational activities.
Lynn arrived in the United States when she was a toddler from her birthplace of Vancouver, British Columbia, and became a US citizen in 1998. She joined The McCahill Group in the summer of 2015 and instantly made a positive impact as office manager by utilizing her diverse experience gained from a previous work positions where she had legal, finance, accounting and human resource responsibilities. Lynn prides herself on her strong work ethic, interpersonal skills and her ability to balance out her career and very busy personal life.
Lynn is the proud mother to three teenage daughters (Elizabeth, Sarah and Lia) two dogs (Willie and Ollie), and will be marrying her best friend, Bruce, in August of 2015 after a long 10 year courtship. For fun, Lynn likes to camp with her family and spend as much time as possible in her in backyard paradise where she enjoys relaxing by the pool, watching movies in the dark on the patio and entertaining friends. Lynn also is the adventurous type and likes to drive in demolition derbies, zip cord through the Mexican jungles, go on Jeep trail rides, sumo wrestle, become a human bowling ball and get tossed at a velcro wall like a human fly.
Lynn's guilty pleasures are Criminal Minds on Netflix, Candy Crush, fresh Italian bread from the bakery, and making the family (including the dogs) walk to the ice cream store once a week in the summer for a treat.
Kristin Sadler joined The McCahill Group team in 2016 as the Wellness Manager. Kristin grew up in a sports loving family and many of her life lessons were taught through sports and physical activity. She believes that there is much more to gain from physical activity other than just physical change in strength and endurance. Originally from the small farm town of Hart, Michigan she decided to following her passion for exercise with a desire to help others, and she left her one stop light town (literally!) for the “city” to pursue a degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University.
Over the last few years, she has gained valuable experience working in several different capacities within the health and wellness field, such as health clubs, group fitness, corporate wellness, clinical settings, pre-diabetes and cancer wellness. Kristin has a deep rooted passion for helping individuals achieve wellness in all areas of their life. She loves building relationships and connecting with others. She believes in a holistic approach treating the whole person with a balance of mind, body and soul. Kristin looks forward to a bright future with The McCahill Group of helping others learn and love the benefits of overall wellness.
Kristin enjoys staying active by playing recreational sports such as volleyball and softball. She loves being outdoors and taking part in activities such as, fishing, boating, golfing, skiing and hiking.
Assistant Facility Manager / Fitness Specialist
Brad has been employed with The McCahill Group since December 2004. His current positions include; Assistant Manager, Program Coordinator and Fitness Specialist. Brad graduated from Michigan State University in May of 2000 with a degree in Kinesiology. During this time he also spent over one year working with the Strength and Conditioning Department. Establishing programs and training for elite athletes. Brad's hobbies include weight training, mountain biking, and spending time with his family.
Brad specializes in multipurpose functional training models. His training principles revolve around compound movements that build overall strength for daily activities. Programs are customized to your goals and unique needs, utilizing scientifically proven methodology's and practices.
Recreational Coordinator / Wellness & Fitness Specialist
At the core of Tim's training philosophy is development of cardiovascular fitness, while incorporating functional strength with dynamic movements. His model caters to a wide variety of clientele as it establishes the client's baseline ability, and builds on it systematically using scientifically proven modalities. Tim ensures his clients achieve their fullest potential and will challenge you to limits you didn't know were possible! Tim has been an employee of The McCahill Group since January 2005. He holds the positions of Fitness Specialist and Recreation Coordinator. Tim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Calvin College. He is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Specialist, and National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Tim hails from Calgary Alberta, Canada, and has an extensive background in golf, ice hockey, and downhill skiing but enjoys playing any sport. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daugher Rebekah, and Son Elijah. During his downtime, he enjoys playing the guitar to his favorite rock songs, watching movies, and training Dutch, his German Shepherd
Site Manager - Farmers Fitness Center
Emily joined The McCahill Group in 2015 as the Site Manager of Farmers Fitness Facility, located on the Farmers Insurance Campus in Caledonia.
Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University, where she studied Clinical Exercise Science and Spanish. She has gained valuable experience working in many different roles throughout the health and wellness industry, including corporate fitness, group exercise, health coaching, chronic disease management, and community wellness. In doing so, she has become extremely aware of the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of exercise, and firmly believes that the human body was made for movement. For that reason, she is passionate about empowering others to counteract the negative effects of today’s increasingly sedentary society.
Emily is a certified Group Exercise Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine, as well as a Mad Dogg Athletics certified Spinning Instructor, TRX Level 1 Trainer, and Les Mills Certified GRIT Instructor. As a manager, Emily’s aim is to create a supportive and strong culture of overall wellness, where members have the tools to thrive in every aspect of their daily lives.
In her free time, you can find Emily trail running, exploring outdoors, watching college sports or professional baseball, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Believe it or not, Emily loves to dance, and she learned how to do the Salsa while living and studying in the Dominican Republic for a short time during college.
Site Manager - Kellogg Foundation
Growing up in a family where sports, fitness, and health were second nature, Ashley developed a passion in the health and fitness field at a very young age. Some of her favorite memories were from competitive dance where she learned not only a way to stay extremely active, but also developed strong sense of overall mental and emotional well being.
Moving to West Michigan and receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University was the biggest stepping stone into her dream career field. She has gained valuable experience throughout the health and wellness industry including corporate fitness, personal training, group exercise, and community wellness. Ashley whole-hardheartedly believes that having a balanced life includes all aspects of physical fitness as well as mental and emotional health and well being. She thoroughly enjoys connecting with people and has a passion for helping others achieve their best wellness state. She is constantly looking for new and exciting experiences in fitness and health and strives to make a positive impact on as many lives as possible.
In her free time, you’ll find Ashley exploring outdoors, spending quality time with friends and family, experimenting with healthy recipes, and almost always laughing and dancing.
Wellness Specialist - Kellogg Foundation
Gabbie spent her college years in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where she received both her Bachelors and Masters of Science degree in Exercise Science. Gabbie strongly believes that wellness incorporates the body, mind and spirit.
Gabbie is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has a passion for helping others improve their overall wellness through behavior changes related to improved exercise habits and optimal nutrition.
In her free time, Gabbie enjoys unwinding with a good book, spending time with friends and family, cooking and exploring the world!
Site Manager - Perrigo Wellness Center
Justine Graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Clinical Exercise Science. Justine has found that exercise is very important to maintain and enhance quality of life, and plays an important role in an individual’s health. Her true passion is carrying that message out to others! Justine truly believes that health has three key aspects; mind, body, and spirit, and feels that each of these needs to be pushed in order to reach our highest potential. Justine is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and loves seeing clients meet and surpass goals through a mix of strength training and interval training. When she is not helping others improve their health, you’ll find Justine running long distances, strength training, trying new and exciting recipes, or watching professional hockey.
Britni graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University. She is currently certified through the American Council of Exercise as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She is also a certified LIVESTRONG Instructor, and has recently received her certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Britni specializes in working with special populations ranging from individuals with cancer, arthritis, diabetes, all the way to athletes. She loves to try fun new ways to challenge individuals while keeping in mind their own personal goals.
Britni’s philosophy is a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body. She is passionate about exercise and nutrition management as preventative medicine to avoid high risk and diseases, and the key to sustaining a healthy lifestyle is “everything in moderation.” When Britni is not helping people on their journey to better health she loves taking spinning classes, kayaking, hanging out with family, and hanging out on the lake shore.
Sara Skar was born and raised in East Grand Rapids and graduated from Aquinas College with a degree in Exercise Science. During high school, she discovered her passion for fitness and nutrition and learning new ways that it can be used to promote a healthy lifestyle. During her time at Aquinas, she completed her internship with The McCahill Group and is excited to be back as a member of the team!
Sara is a big believer in using clean eating and exercise as a tool to improve not only physical wellness but mental and emotional health as well. She enjoys working with others to find creative ways to help people achieve their personal health goals and improve overall quality of life through healthy lifestyle practices. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Valery Young is passionate about health and wellness has been since her early 20's when she began studying nutrition. She graduated from Western Michigan University in '99 with a degree in dietetics, and became a certified personal trainer some time after that. While dabbling in personal training and assisting a few folks in finding a path to a healthier person, her career path didn't lead me to a wellness career until recently. She is currently studying through NASM to obtain her personal training certification (again). She is excited to be a part of the McCahill Group and to engage with the clients on their wellness journey. In helping people, she believes she always learns something new about myself. That's the fun part!
Wellness Specialist & Health Coach
Maureen Carlomagno is a Wellness Specialist & Health Coach at one of our client locations in Charlotte, SC. Maureen is an enthusiastic advocate of integrated wellness, community engagement, and following your heart. She provides a unique and dynamic style of coaching that inspires clients to find their way to a healthier, happier life.
She has worked in the health and wellness industry for more than 10 years in the government, private, and non-profit sectors. She has a master's degree in public health from Boston University and is a Certified Health Education Specialist, a Certified Intrinsic Coach®, and a Certified Valuations Specialist (CVS-FR).
She serves on various committees in the Charlotte community and teaches healthy lifestyle classes at local partner organizations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in local wellness events.
Wendy’s specialties include; weight management, sports performance, disease management, worksite wellness, and providing health and wellness to meet client’s personal goals. Her experience ranges from public health to hospital and private practice. She appears monthly on WZZM TV and WGVU radio promoting health & wellness. Wendy has participated in multiple 5k, 10k, & Riverbank races and 25-50 mile bike rides for charity, but her favorite activities are traveling and any time with her husband and two children, including backpacking, downhill skiing, and playing ice hockey.
Sarah specializes in innovative and realistic approaches to nutrition and wellness. She has created and instituted new programs at organizations varying from the Kent County Health Department, MSU medical school, and the YMCA. She enjoys communicating and discovering techniques to meet individual needs. Sarah has a passion for creating healthy and delicious meals easily duplicated in any home. Sarah’s interests include photography, gardening, playing the ukulele, and spending time with her husband and son.
Membership Coordinator / Fitness Specialist - Amway Corporation / Farmers Insurance
Lacie joined The McCahill Group in 2018 serving dual roles as a Fitness Specialist at Farmer’s Insurance as well as a Membership Coordinator for the Amway Corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University, which has helped her achieve her aspirations to build relationships and support individuals in need to take impactful steps towards their physical and mental well-being. Lacie has found herself fortunate to gain experience in multiple areas of the health and wellness field. She has served as a Group Exercise Instructor, a Personal Trainer, and a Cancer Wellness Coach.
In addition to her current duties, Lacie works as a gymnastics coach, demonstrating a passion for a sport she has participated in since a young age. Her love for the sport of gymnastics draws many parallels to her career selection, as both coaching pursuits require attentive mentoring and physical efficiency to help people reach their goals.
Outside of work, Lacie enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring Grand Rapids with her friends, and engaging in an active family life.
Program Coordinator - Amway Corporation
Nadine has a Bachelor’s in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University, and is a Certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine. She has recently joined the Fitness Facility as a Program Coordinator. She has personal training experience with all fitness levels. She is passionate about wellness and helping others find a sustainable, holistic, and healthy balance in their lives. She believes in goal setting and having a strong and optimistic mindset about reaching them. Her hobbies include strength training, trying new recipes, and spending time with family.
Fitness Specialist & Personal Trainer - Farmers Fitness Center
Kara is a junior at Cornerstone University where she is double majoring in Exercise Science and Ministry in Athletics. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Kara played for Cornerstone’s junior varsity women’s basketball program for her first two years of school, but has recently decided to switch her focus to distance running.
While at Cornerstone, Kara has been learning the value of living a healthy lifestyle, especially in relation to a nutrient-rich diet and frequent, varied exercise. She has come to realize that unhealthy lifestyles are more often a result of lacking education about health than they are a result of laziness or inability. Because of this, she is passionate about educating and motivating others to lead a more energetic, balanced, and fulfilling life.
Fitness Specialist - Farmers Fitness Center
Josh is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Exercise Science and an emphasis in Health and Fitness Instruction. Josh is starting the process of becoming an American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and he is dedicated to health and wellness education. He is passionate about assisting others to reach their personal fitness goals by helping people enjoy exercise instead of thinking of it as a chore. Josh is a firm believer in the phrase, ‘exercise is medicine,’ as consistent exercise can not only lead to better physical health but also mental and emotional benefits.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys playing baseball and disc golf, as well as watching college and professional baseball and hockey.
